how we got here
I was a shell of myself. I can reflect now, and see that I was so disconnected from myself I used food, control, external validation, perfectionism, and alcohol to sooth the anxiety that was my daily operating pattern. Not realizing that I needed to Root into my own Power, connect with my soul and live my own truth.
Reiki, energy healing, connecting with my soul and Source was my ticket home. This has been so profound for me, it has become my life's work. The joy, peace and fulfillment you receive when living in alignment with your soul is something everyone deserves to experience.
I realized I had been living someone else's dream. I didn't even know what my soul's desire was as, I was too busy people-pleasing and control-freaking every aspect of my life!
Navigating my own personal hellhole of deep grief, guilt, regret, anger, and trauma from the tragic loss of my fiancé in 2017 jolted me into the questions "Why am I here?" "What' s the purpose of life?"
